In the room where the Fedar transfer paper printer works, you must pay attention to closing doors and windows to prevent rainwater from entering the room and getting the fedar printer wet, because the board accessories inside the printing machine are easy to be corroded by moisture, and even the line is short-circuited due to humidity, and the board and print head is burned.
1. We must find a way to reduce the humidity, and we can turn on the dehumidifier or air conditioner in the conditional room;
2. Close the doors and windows timely in the working environment to prevent moisture from entering the room;
3. The cover of the main body of the printer should be covered properly to avoid the short circuit caused by humidity;
4. When the indoor humidity is high, check the printing machine before starting it. It is best to blow the main board with hot air for a few minutes to remove the humidity.
5. Store the consumables in a moisture-proof manner to avoid changes in the ink concentration caused by the moisture;
6. The opened ink runs out as soon as possible. Try not to touch the ground or walls.
7. Pay attention to whether the printed image screen is dry slowly and avoid the color mixing.
8. If the pattern is dry slowly, you can turn on the heating function or other drying system. It is not possible to use a hot air blower to speed up the drying.
