Sublimation printer FD61915E-A (Take your print business to the next level)

1. Epson Original Genuine Printhead
Equipped with 15 Epson I3200-A1 printheads, ALL MEMS (microelectromechanical systems) manufacturing process, the use of thin-film piezoelectric originals so that the high-precision arrangement of holes (600npi/2 rows) can be realized, so that the printhead is compact, fast, good quality, durable.

Epson's unique MEMS technology made of precision nozzles and ink paths, so that the jet droplets close to the circle, while accurately positioned.
Epson's unique VSDT (Variable Droplet Technology) can freely control the size of the injected ink droplets, thus reducing the sense of picture particles, presenting more details on the screen, smooth color transition and high saturation.

The new staggered arrangement of printheads to solve the inconsistency of the effect of the left center and right on the printing platform, so that the print quality is greatly improved.

Double THK linear ultra-quiet S-class guide rail: high-speed movement can effectively reduce the resistance and noise of the ink cart operation, to ensure smooth operation of the guide rail at the same time lower noise.

Fifteen printheads, speed up to 610m²/h in normal mode; speed up to 430m²/h in high precision mode.

3. Smooth running
The whole machine adopts industrial hardened steel skeleton, and the beam is enlarged and widened as a whole for high strength and smoother running. In addition, the constant-tension pendulum take-up/put-down control system with an industrial-grade turbo-screw speed reducer motor also ensures even tension on the paper during the entire printing process, and a smooth and tight take-up.
